Your karaoke system will have a test certificate affixed to the top of the karaoke machine.
Your test certificate is bright pink label and contains the following tests.
You will be refunded your $100 damage deposit upon a successful completion of the return equipment test.
Damage deposit refunds, with a successful return test certificate are issued within 12 – 24 hours from the time of your equipment return, and appear on the same card.
You will receive an order status SMS update once the damage deposit has been refunded.
If the test certificate fails, the repair costs are deducted from the damage deposit up to $100, according to the specifics of the damage, and the customer will receive an order status update regarding the damage.
In the event of dented microphone grilles upon equipment return, there is a replacement fee of $15 / per grille.
In the event there is damage to the microphone wiring upon the equipment return (proof of collection) there is a repair cost of $100
In event to damage to the amplifier, or speakers (no sound), there is a repair cost of $100.
In the event of such as a cracked LCD TV screen, there is a equipment replacement cost of $100.
If the rental booking is cancelled, the damage deposit is 100% non refundable.
