Booking Terms & Conditions

We’re sorry you have to cancel your event with us.

Booking refunds are subject to our fair usage policy.

We are passionate about the success of your event, and take every effort to ensure the success of your event. Your karaoke concierge will try to accommodate you in any way possible.

In the event your event is not able to be re-scheduled.

Booking cancellation requests which occur after the order status has been marked READY FOR PICKUP and/or BOOKING CONFIRMED, and/or the pickup appointment time has been arranged with your karaoke concierge, are not eligible for a refund, and the full balance is due.

For, PayPal and PCI Compliance quality assurance, we record all our calls, booking status messages, which are sent via email and SMS sent through our Twilio partner.

Upon initial booking checkout payment, your order will only remain in PENDING STATUS for approximately 1 hour, before your karaoke concierge will confirm your booking, and begin preparing your equipment rental. The maximum eligible refund is 50% of the equipment rental fee. Local pickup fees / platform fees are 100% non-refundable.
