Video Setup

- The karaoke machine is preset to 720p for maximum compatibility.
- When you book with OttawaKaraoke.com you have a personal Karaoke Concierge who is your go to support person, even before the event! Try sending them a text message.
- Connect the power cables to the karaoke machine
- Connect the three microphones to the pre-wired amplifier
Connect the loop back cable from the amplifier to the karaoke machine. Follow the sticker instructions. - Connect the HDMI cable from the karaoke player to your desired television & connect the HDMI splitter
- If needed, switch your television display to the input you just connected in STEP 6
- Power on the karaoke machine (note: there are two power switches)
- Wait 5 – 10 seconds for the HDMI cable to display on the television
- If you do not receive a display, on the television, check that the display is set to the correct HDMI input. If the correct HDMI input is selected, verify the cable connections (re-seat the cables if needed). If you do not receive a display, it’s possible the resolution using the HDMI cable is incompatible, or there is another cause of the problem., then connect the YELLOW RCA CABLE, and follow back to STEP 6
